Kerry Thompson is currently a junior at Northeastern and pursing a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration with a dual concentration in Marketing and Entrepreneurship. Her entrepreneurial spirit started when she invented “The Stocking Stretcher” which won the Smithsonian award for most unique and original idea. Making the mistake of not patenting the idea, to her surprise, a few years later her product was being sold. While interning at MassMutual she found her interest for marketing/ advertising, where she worked on many advertising initiatives for the company. Kerry’s interests also include lacrosse, hockey, and shopping.
